Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini Celebrates Mole Day 2025 on the Theme “Moleassic Park”
Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini, celebrated Mole Day 2025 on 1 November 2025, on the theme “Moleassic Park.” The annual science event is dedicated to fostering a love for chemistry through creativity, collaboration and innovation.
The celebration featured five engaging offline inter-school competitions — Family Tree of Elements, Travel Brochure of a Compound, Mole-e-Game, Unsung Chemists: The Courtroom Drama and MOLE-e-QUEST — each designed to blend scientific concepts with artistic expression and teamwork.
A total of 35 schools from Delhi/NCR and beyond participated enthusiastically in the event, with over 250 students showcasing their scientific knowledge, creativity and passion for chemistry. The event served as a dynamic platform for young learners to explore the wonders of chemistry beyond textbooks, inspiring curiosity and critical thinking.
Mole Day 2025 at BBPS Rohini truly reflected the spirit of scientific celebration, merging fun with learning and turning chemistry into a festival of innovation.
The Induction Ceremony of the Health and Wellness Club was conducted with great enthusiasm and zeal in the school premises. The event commenced with a motivational song presented by the school choir which set a positive and inspiring tone for the programme.
The students of the middle school then staged a thought-provoking skit and recited a poem on health, highlighting the importance of adopting healthy habits and lifestyle practices. Their performance not only spread awareness but also encouraged everyone present to take small steps toward wellness in daily life.
The highlight of the ceremony was the badge-pinning session, where our esteemed alumni doctors, Dr. Khushboo Juneja and Dr. Mehak Juneja, graced the occasion and conferred badges to the newly inducted members of the club. The doctors also interacted with the students, motivating them to actively promote health and wellness initiatives in the school and community.
The ceremony concluded on an inspiring note, with students showed enthusiasm to spread awareness about health, hygiene, and nutrition, thereby making the Health and Wellness Club a true beacon of well-being.
Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini, had the privilege of hosting the Expert-Led STEM District Level Deliberation, a CBSE initiative, on the theme “STEM Education and Sustainable Practices” on 30th August 2025. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 40 school teachers from various institutions, brought together to deliberate on integrating sustainability with STEM education. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. K. Srinivasan, Regional Director, CBSE (Delhi West). His address to the participants highlighted the importance of collaborative learning and innovation in fostering sustainable futures.
The deliberation was structured into three insightful sessions led by three distinguished resource persons from the field of STEM.

The Interact Club Induction Ceremony of Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini for 2025–26 was held with zeal and dignity. Distinguished guests Rtn. Anju Jain, President of Rotary District 3012, and Mr. Vinod Kumar Mittal, Immediate Past President of Rotary 3012, graced the occasion along with the Vice Principal and Teacher-in-Charge. The programme included lamp lighting, a prayer, cultural performances, and yoga. The outgoing president handed over the collar to the new president, and office bearers were invested with badges. Inspiring words by the guests motivated the Interactor's, marking the beginning of a new year of service-oriented initiatives.
Sanskrit Diwas was celebrated with zeal in our school on 19 August 2025, honouring the
richness and timeless legacy of this ancient language. The event featured soulful shlok
recitations, melodious songs, and thought-provoking skits by students, each performance
reflecting the beauty, discipline, and wisdom enshrined in Sanskrit. Parents, who graced the
occasion as esteemed guests, actively engaged by sharing their reflections on the enduring
significance of Sanskrit. They emphasized its role in preserving India’s cultural heritage and
inspiring students with values of unity, morality, and knowledge. Their meaningful words,
coupled with the students’ vibrant performances, transformed the day into an inspiring
celebration—one that connected tradition with modern learning and highlighted Sanskrit as
a living treasure for generations to come.
The Induction Ceremony of the E-Cell was held on 7 August 2025, graced by esteemed chief guests CA Rahul Gupta and Mr. Vaibhav Gupta (alumnus, batch of 2006). They conducted an engaging workshop on the fundamentals of savings and investment, providing valuable insights to the students. The event also featured a student-led presentation showcasing the club’s vision, along with a vibrant cultural performance. The outgoing batch was felicitated with certificates in recognition of their contributions, while the newly inducted members proudly received their badges, marking the start of their journey with the club.
Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini, hosted an interschool event Explorika 2025 on 1 and 2 August 2025. The event carried forward the legacy of excellence by providing young minds with a platform to innovate, express and collaborate across diverse domains on the theme 'Viksit Bharat- Dream, Design, Deliver'. The two-day event featured 13 competitions in online and offline modes. Events ranged from design-based challenges to scientific innovation and performing arts.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from 59 schools PAN India.
On July 25, 2025, Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini, held its Investiture Ceremony, a momentous occasion that marked the transition of leadership roles among its students. The ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Tripti Singh, Assistant Professor at the National Centre for School Leadership, NIEPA, PRA representatives and parents of Office bearers of the outgoing Students Council.
The event commenced with the solemn Lamp Lighting and Invocation ceremony, setting the tone for the occasion. This was followed by the President's speech, where the outgoing student leader addressed the gathering. A captivating band performance added to the excitement of the event.
The highlight of the ceremony was the adjournment of the student council for the session 2024-25 and the induction of the new council for the session 2025-26. The new leaders were formally introduced and welcomed, symbolizing a new era of leadership and responsibility.
Dr. Tripti Singh, in her address, emphasized the importance of leadership and responsibility, sharing her expertise in Educational Psychology. She inspired the students to strive for excellence and make a positive impact in their community.
Principal Geeta Gangwani welcomed the guests and addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of leadership roles in shaping their personalities and contributing to the school's growth. She congratulated the new council members and wished them success in their endeavors.
The ceremony concluded with a sense of optimism and enthusiasm, as the new leaders embarked on their journey of responsibility and growth. The event was a testament to the school's commitment to fostering leadership skills and empowering its students to make a difference.
ANNUAL DAY (Seniors) – 12 April 2025
Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini celebrated its Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony sponsored by PTA for the Senior School on 12 April 2025 in the school premises. The programme proved to be a spectacular display of cultural performances ranging from the school orchestra’s rhythmic rendition of raag Bhopali and Hare Krishna chant to the spiritually captivating Amir Khusro’s sufi Qawwali by the magnanimously melodious school choir. A contemporary dance presentation exalted the theme of Nari Shakti for the audience to end the programme on a highly enchanting recital of the Mahabharata’s extract of Draupadi’s vastraharan elaborating further on the cause of empowering women and acclaiming their due honour. The prizes sponsored by the PTA decorated the CBSE toppers of 2023-24 and the stellar performers of 2024-25.
The event marked a special collaboration between IUCN and BBPS Rohini to not just initiate sustainable practices but to mentor and nurture impactful lives for responsible behaviour towards nature. A team of seven students and their teacher mentor, Ms. Pooja Sharma was felicitated for their participation in the YCCFP Programme 2024-25 by the Chief Guest Dr. Biswajit De, Founder President of WildRoots India. Their impactful sustainability projects were much appreciated and recognised at the UN-NAAEE Conference in Pittsburgh and COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan. This milestone event highlighted BBPS Rohini’s dedication to nurturing environmental stewardship for a sustainable future.
The Annual Day programme was a true amalgamation of the celebration of our cultural heritage while progressively striding ahead with powerful and aware plans for a progressive future.
FAREWELL CLASS 12 – 9 April 2025
The staff and students of class XI (2024-25) bid a warm adieu to the outgoing batch of class XII on 9 April 2025. Exuding carefree laughter and nostalgic remembrances, the programme began with a humble lamp lighting ceremony and a special performance by the school band to set the tone for the event. As an inventively sweet gesture, the class teachers of the outgoing classes read a citation for each and every child as they blessed them for their future endeavours with a flower and a pen to write their own destiny. The brief citations comprised of the happy reflections of the year gone by adding to the sanctity of the moment. The invigorating dance performances by class XI and XII students turned the stage into a spectacle of talented schoolmates celebrating the most important milestone together. Based on the annual performances and an on the spot question and answer round, the face of the school – Mr and Ms Bal Bharati were selected and felicitated by the principal, vice principal and the HMs of the school. The day ended with a hearty meal and everyone danced their hearts out for the last gathering in the school.

Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini, conducted a traditional Hawan ceremony on April 2nd, 2025, marking an auspicious commencement of the academic year. Under the leadership of Principal Ms. Geeta Gangwani, the institution observed this time-honoured ritual with profound reverence and spiritual significance.
The ceremony began with the sacred intonation of the Gayatri Mantra, accompanied by Vedic Shlokas, creating an atmosphere of divine solemnity. The school community, comprising faculty members, administrative staff, and students, united in prayer seeking divine blessings for academic excellence and holistic growth.
Principal Ms. Gangwani led the congregation in offering prayers for wisdom, knowledge, and righteous conduct. The sacred ceremony culminated with the Poornaahuti, followed by the distribution of blessed Prasad among the attendees, symbolizing the divine grace bestowed upon the institution.
This spiritual gathering not only reinforced the school's commitment to cultural values but also fostered a sense of community and shared purpose among all participants, setting a positive tone for the academic year ahead.

GLIMPSES OF MENTAL HEALTH DAY CELEBRATION ON 10.10.24 AT BBPS ROHINI

Featuring 13 engaging activities in online, hybrid and offline modes, Explorika 2024 offered students enriching experiences that boosted their self-confidence and developed essential life skills. Notably, a student traveled all the way from Amritsar to participate and achieved victory
in his event, underscoring the event’s broad appeal and competitive edge. With 45 schools registered for innovative and challenging activities such as Moot Court, Folk Fiesta, Camelid Odyssey, Camelid Commerce Challenge etc, Explorika 2024 was a memorable and impactful experience for all involved.
YOGA EXCHANGE WITH TAIWAN SCHOOL
- The students of primary department observed bagless day on 19.4.24(Friday). Students of class I-V performed plethora of activities like Nature walk, Jumba dance, learning with BALA, value education etc. The students also did activities to celebrate Earth Day and National Shakespeare Day. They made pop up cards, wall hangings reflecting ways to save mother earth marking the celebration of this special day. For National Shakespeare Day, students narrated short stories, crafted greeting cards dedicating to Shakespeare, made sketch of the great writer and a book mark.
- The students of primary department observed bag-less day on 10.5.24(Friday). Students of class I-V performed variety of activities like Intra class street play on Gender equity, shin activities, Movie time, experiential learning etc. The students also did activities to celebrate Mother’s Day. They made badges, photo frames, cards, accessories, decorated coffee mugs marking the celebration of this special day.Students also enjoyed Movies like Jumbo and Madagascar.
Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini celebrated the Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony for the Middle and Senior school was held on 6 April, 2024 within the school premises. The programme was organised to display the creative and cultural talents of the students along with the felicitation of the student achievers. Dr. Colonel Amik Garg. Director-General Gateway Education was the chief guest of the event. The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and was totally charged with an invigorating performance by the school orchestra. The Prize Distribution Ceremony validated the diligence and hard work of the CBSE Board achievers of the academic session 2022-23 and the accomplishments of the year 2023-24. Centered around the five elements of the universe, the choir and the theatrical spectacle left the audience mesmerised. The programme culminated with a foot tapping dance performance dedicated to lord ganesha. The programme was appreciated by one and all as it served the true purpose of imparting collaborative learning, team spirit and self worth.

Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini celebrated its Annual Day (Primary) & Prize Distribution ceremony, Primary Department, on 18 February 2024, which was a vibrant and spectacular event. The programme commenced with the welcome of the guests followed by lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, Prof, Rajesh Rohilla (Dean Training and Placement DTU and Dean Alumni affairs), PTA executive body members accompanied by the principal and other eminent dignitaries. The Principal, Ms Geeta Gangwani presented achievements of school, staff & students through the Annual Report. Students took center stage, presenting a captivating mix of cultural performances, musical renditions, and gyrating grooves. The prize distribution ceremony added a touch of glamour, honoring outstanding achievements of students and teachers. The event showcased the school's commitment to holistic education, recognizing academic achievements alongside cocurricular accomplishments. Parents, teachers, and students were immersed in a festive ambiance created by vibrant decorations and enthusiastic applause. The Annual Day was not just a celebration of individual successes but a collective testament to the vibrant spirit and excellence that defines the school community at Bal Bharati Rohini.
