Code Of Conduct : Parents

  • School Timings for the students:
  • Pre-School, Sector 25: 8:45 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
  • Pre-Primary Department: 8:30 A.M. to 12:45 P.M.

Student must not reach school before 8:15 A.M. in the morning and must leave in the afternoon by 12:50 P.M. unless permission is granted by VP/HM for some activity.

  • Class I – XII: 7:30 A.M. to 1:45 P.M.

Student must not reach school before 7:20 A.M. in the morning and must leave in the afternoon by 1:50 P.M. unless permission is granted by VP/HM for some activity.

  • Please read the contents of the diary/ Handbook, carefully.
  • Check the updates and circulars posted on the school website, regularly.
  • Ensure that the diary is carried by your ward to the school every day by the students of classes Pre-Primary to VIII. Check the diary every day for any entries from the school. Also, use the diary for communicating with the school.
  • Ensure that your ward has breakfast every day and carries lunch, regularly. Please refrain from sending your ward’s lunch or any other material for the activity during the school hours.
  • Strict adherence to prescribed uniform is to be ensured.
  • Proper school shoes, well kept hair and trimmed nails should be ensured along with the I-Card to be carried, every day.
  • Always right your ward’s name, admission number and class/section at the back of any cheque (asked by the school) and on every belonging of your child.
  • Please refrain from directly visiting the classroom at any time. For any concerns, prior appointment should be taken through the class teacher.
  • Monitor your ward’s progress and feel free to meet the concerned teacher by taking prior appointment on a working Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
  • Any kind of leave should be applied for in advance, except in case of emergency. You are requested to fill up the proforma given in the diary and available on the school website.
  • On exam days, other than Half Yearly and Annual term Exams, no student will be allowed to leave after the exam under any pretext.
  • Parents are advised not to send their ward to school in case of any medical issue, even on exam days. The exam, thus missed will be assessed as per the Examination Policy of the school.
  • Intimate the school, in case of any change in your in your address or telephone number(s), immediately. This is vital in the interest of your ward.
  • Students suffering from contagious diseases should not be sent to school till the mandatory period of quarantine is over.
  • Arrangements for picking up small children by rickshaws at bus stops should be avoided. The child will be taken back to the school if there is no one to pick up at the bus stop.
  • Parents should ensure that they spend quality time with their child.
  • Parent-Teacher meetings should be utilised as a platform to interact with the teachers regarding the progress of the child.
  • Party/Casual dress is allowed on birthdays only till class V.
  • Parents must ensure that their ward does not bring mobile phone or any other electronic device to the school. Once confiscated the mobile phone/device will only be returned at the end of the academic session on Result Declaration Day.
  • Parents to counsel their ward not to carry any sharp-edged items or any chemical rich prohibited items enlisted on the school website and on the signage displayed at Gate no. 1.
  • Strict action will be taken against students involved in bullying or inflicting physical/ mental abuse on any student/ staff.
  • In case of undeclared holidays such as Id, Muharram etc, SMS will be sent to parents and information will be put on website and class WhatsApp groups.
  • Half Day or Short Leave will not be sanctioned to the students.
  • Students will not be allowed to leave the school on any pretext.
